Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring that the Team adheres to agile practices, culture and values
- Partnering with other Scrum Masters for continous improvement
- Helping those outside the Team understand which of their interactions with the Team are helpful and which are not, and helping everyone change these interactions to improve the performance of the Team
- Anticipating any impediments or new context impacting the Team’s performance & supporting the Team to adapt and cope with those changes
- Active participation in the work of the chapter, and in the pursuit of the Team’s agile transformation
- Responsibility for the smooth running of the Team, and pushing the Team to be as autonomous as possible
The position is ideal for you if you have:
- At least 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile project or organization using Agile frameworks
- Experiences working in an international environment, fluent in English, written and spoken
- Proven succes working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment
- Exposure to Packaged Software or SaaS Based Application (SAP S/4, NetSuite, Oracle eBS)
- Awareness on technical practices: Continuos Integration, Test Driven Development, DevOps
- The ability to „think outside the box”, invention to break the sprint routine and create momentum and continuous improvement
It would also be great if you have:
- Finance proces knowledge or experiences
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe
- Project & Custom Application Development (.NET) will be highly appreciated
