PRIVACY POLICY WHAT IS A PRIVACY POLICY? In order to implement the principle of lawful, reliable and transparent processing of your personal data, we implement a document called Privacy Policy. Your personal data is processed based on your voluntary consent. The personal data that we process is obtained directly from you or from publicly available sources. The scope of data: we primarily process data contained in a CV you provide to us or in other documents, including name, surname, date of birth, contact details, information about the professional experience and education, certificates and entitlements, as well as information about your competences and interests, period of notice, financial expectations, professional preferences, motivation to change jobs and apply for a job. We also store verification reports containing information about your skills and knowledge of the area being verified. Purpose of processing: the personal data is processed for current and future recruitment processes purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6, par. 1a. WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH? We pass your personal data to the following categories of recipients: Persons conducting verification of knowledge and skills for us During our recruitment process, before your profile goes to the Client, we want to make sure that you have the knowledge and skills we are looking for. One stage of our process is an assessment of your skills with one or several persons. In order for a person to be able to carry out such a conversation, it is necessary to transfer your CV to them. Each person who conducts verifications for us is obliged to process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, before we send your information to anyone, we inform you about it. Our Clients All our Consultants carry out projects for our Clients. However, before a person can start cooperation under a specific project, he / she must undergo a validation process carried out by our Client, who wants to make sure that the Candidate has the competence sought by them. So if you are interested in joining a project implemented by one of our Clients, it is necessary to share your personal data with them. Of course, each time we will inform you, which Client your data will be provided to. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA? We store your personal data from the moment you give us your consent, until you submit a request to remove your personal data from our database. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA? We ensure the implementation of your rights listed below. You can enforce your rights by contacting us at: hr.pl@margo-group.com The right to withdraw consent You have the right to withdraw any consent you gave us. Withdrawal of consent has effect since the moment of withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing we made in accordance with the law before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for you. However, it will prevent us from carrying out activities which, according to the law, we can only do with consent. This may mean that, for example, in the case of an exceptionally interesting offer, we will not be able to inform you about it. Legal basis: GDPR art. 7 par. 3. The right to object to the use of data You have the right to object at any time to the use of your individual personal data for specific purposes. If your objection turns out to be well founded and we have no other legal basis to process your personal data, we will no longer use your data for which you have objected. Legal basis: GDPR art. 21. The right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten") You have the right to request removal of all or some of your personal information. You have the right to request deletion of personal data if: a) you withdrew your specific consent to the extent that personal data was processed on the basis of your consent; b) your personal data has ceased to be necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or in which it was processed; c) you objected to the use of your data for specific purposes; d) your personal data is processed unlawfully. Despite the request to delete personal data, in connection with opposition or withdrawal of consent, we may retain certain personal data to the extent necessary to establish, assert or defend claims. This applies in particular to personal data including: name, surname, e-mail address and contact history, which we retain for purposes of handling complaints and claims. Legal basis: GDPR art. 17. The right to limit data processing You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data in the following cases: a) when you question the correctness of your personal data - then we will limit their use for the time needed to verify the accuracy of your data; b) if the processing of your data is against the law, and instead of removing the data, you will demand restriction of their use; c) where your personal information has ceased to be necessary for the purposes for which we have collected or processed it, but it is needed to establish, assert or defend claims; d) if you objected to the use of your data. The right to access data You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether we process your personal data, and if this is the case, you have the right to: a) get access to your personal data; b) obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data being processed and the source of such data, recipients or categories of recipients of this data, the planned period of storage of your data, your rights under the GDPR and the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority; c) obtain a copy of your personal data. Legal basis: GDPR art. 15. The right to correct data You have the right to ask us to correct your data (if incorrect) and to supplement it (if it is incomplete). Legal basis: GDPR art. 16. The right to transfer data You have the right to receive your personal data that you provided to us and then send it to another personal data administrator of your choice. Submitting complaints, inquiries and applications You can submit to us complaints, inquiries and applications regarding the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights. If you believe that your right to the protection of personal data or other rights granted to you by virtue of the GDPR have been violated, you have the right to submit a complaint with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (future President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
